Fear Justin Neill NearDeath Result of BeingStruck by Car WheelsJustin Neill, well-known San-(lusliian, was Hovering between life and death at Good Samaritan hospital Friday suffering from wliat are believed to be fatal injuries sustained in an accident at the Pennsy railroad yards about 5 o'clock Friday morning when he felt beneath the wheels of a coal car.Neill was rushed to the hospital in the Ghas. He attempted to apply the brakes on the car when it Is said the brake beam broke causing him to topple off into'the path of the swiftly moving car. He was -eaught beneath the wheels whichcompletely severed his right arm and leg and fractured his left arm.He did not lose consciousness and despite h** condition, asked for aoigaret. ,Nedli figured in the manslaughtercase here* which followed the death of H. J. Pritchard several months ago, Pritchard’s . death resulting from an alleged brawl on N.
