A WOMAN DESERTS HER HUSBAND FOB A NEGRO.Elijah Hudnut vs. Melinda Hudnut. This was a suit for divorce, tried before Judge Johnston. The parties were married iu 1868, at Gleves, and the testimony showed that soon afterwards the wife des-rted her husband, and took up with a man named Peter Teetors, by whom she had two children. Teetors was kicked by a borse, and died of bis injuries. The defendant then took up with a negro named Cooper, with whom she is dow living, and who claims her as his wife.One. of the witnesses testified that the defendant admitted she hail married the negro.Decree granted, on the ground of adultery.C.
