Judge R. G. Yoder in district court made a dicision in tlte Hattie L. Swift vs Thomas U. Swift divorce case, ruling' that the divorce granted ttie plaintiff last August was not valid, because of a iack of legal service of notice on the defendant before the tie-gree was granted.
