MODIFY DECREE INKAUFMANN’S DIVORCE CASEMother Granted PermU-sioh to Take Daughter to Des Moines.' Mrs. Zoe B. Kuufmann, divorced wife of Charles Beecher Kauf-maun, ■who is ^tinder a threc-ycarsuspension from Uie right to practice law in Iowa, won her fight for permission to t?*ke their ftvc-ycar-ohl daughter. Portia M. Raufmuon, out of tile jurisdiction of the court at the conclusion of a hearing'held late Thursday before Judge W. W. Scott in district court.- Under the terms of the modified decree, signed by the court and approved by Kanfmann, Mrs. Kauf-inaan will be permitted to take the child to Des Moines where she contemplates establishing her home. Kaufmann wlil bo permitted to visit the child at all reasonable limes and is to have the companionship of the little girl during the last week in June and the months of July and August, starling In June. 1925. Hanley was the attorney.Hugo F. Felske. who Informed the court that his wife. Myrtle M-Felske, was far front being a pacifist, was granted a divorce On the ground of cruelty.
