tslher Osborne Gets Divorce Here From Iowa Falls ResidentEsther Osborne, Mason City,has been granted a divorce from Ralph Osborne, Iowa Falls, on grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment, Ccrro Gordo county district court records showed Friday.^udge M. H. Kepler who signed the decree also approved a stipulation between the two by which she is to receive no alimony and only her personal effeds from the household goods ot the couple. She had asked in her petition that she be given title to Ihe household goods stored with Mr. Osborne’s mother at Dows.The couple was married at Latimer, June 26, 1932, and lived together until Dec. 5, 1941 according to the petition.
