Mrs. Wusler SeeksAlimony PaymentsMyrtle M. Whisler alleges that her former husband, George C.Whisler, has failed to pay her $100 as agreed upon and has likewise failed to pay her $30 a month alimony for the support of two minor children, in an application for attorney fees and suit money, filed in district court Monday.She sets forth that* Whisler has filed an application for modification of the divorce decree awarded him Jan. 26, 1933, and that she lacks money with which to obtain an attorney to represent her in the action, or to obtain witnesses. Sheasserts she has a good and com-Dlete defense in the case.Mrs. Whisler’s affidavit, attached to her application, states that the plaintiff, without the permission of the court, has since remarried and has since used his money for the pleasure of his wife and himself.
