June 3.—Marriage appears to be a failure, at least in Kanawha county. The namber of divorce suits are Increasing at each succeeding term of court, and the question Is being seriously asked If there cannot be found a remedy for such a startling condition of affairs. Marital vows are held very lightly even by many of those who have not applied for divorce, but the number of those suing for release from tbe bonds of matrimony is such as to cause general comment. The oe*t term of tbe KanawhaCircuit Court will begin on the second Monday In June.
