[Cause No. 5760.]NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENT.State of Indiana, Sullivan county, ss :— In the Sullivan circuit court, il/ixy fem, 1886.David Bales vs. Sarah Bales.Comes now the plaintiffs, by Briggs ETultz, his attorney, and files his complaint herein, together with an affidavit that said defendants, Sarah Bales is a non-residents of the State of Indiana; and that she is a necessary party to the above entitled cause; and that said action is for Divorce.Notice of the pendency of such action is therefore given to said defendant above named, and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of the Sullivan circuit court, and unless she be ind appear on the 12 th day of the May term )f said court, to be begun on the 5th Mon-lay of May, 1886, at the courthouse in Sul-ivan, in said county and st?,te aforesaid, ind answer or demur to said complaint, he same will be heard and determined in ler absence..Witness my name and the seal of SEALJ court, affixed at Sullivan, this13th day of April, 1886.TH03.
