riUi lum JL JJi \JVi-X\tEii3\UElXX J-.State of Indiana, Sullivan county, ss:— ii 2Ae Sullivan circuit court, Jlfay term, 1886,David Bales vs. Sarah Bales.Comes now the plaintiffs, by Briggs Holtz, his attorney, and files his complaint herein together with an affidavit that said defendants, Sarah Bales is a non-residents of the State of Indiana; and that she is a necessary party to the above entitled cause; and that said action is for Divorce.Notice of the pendency of such action is therefore given to said defendant above named, and that the same will stand for trial at the next term of the Sullivan circuit court, and unless she be and appear on the 12 th day of the May term of said court, to be begun on the 5th Monday of May, 1886, at the courthouse in Sullivan, in said county and state aforesaid, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in her absence.r .Witness my name and the seal oflSEALJ court, affixed at Sullivan, this13th day of April, 1886.THOS.
