Judge Jenkins also refused Wittredge’s request that ho be allowed to distribute “religious literature” in the courtroom.Wittredge said he did not want a divorce, that he was prepared to treat his wife/wiih more generosity than before if she would return home, adding that he hsd paid her $25 to $50 a month since their separation.The North-st property, encumbered hy a $4500 mortgage, was awarded to Mrs. Whittredge, the plaintiff to keep household goods, pay off » $1,500 note ami costs of the action. The defendant, who told the court he receives an old age pension, was barred from ali rights to the property._ The Whitredges, who were man-ried June 18, 1032, have no children.
