Kerr's death occurred in a most unusual way last Monday afternoonHe and his son were both at work m a field, the father driving a corn planter and being but a short distance behind his son. There was not a cloud to b« seen In the sky, much less a storm, but a bolt of lightning from the clear sky, struck Kerr and killed him Instantly Relatives who attended the funeral from Decatur were Trank Boyd, G L. Camp, J R. Birgin, and C. R. Whitson and their families
