With Smith were two other men who ^ made similar statements at Police Headquarters this morning. Warrants, charging Mrs. Smith and Bronner with a violation of section 282 of-the Penal Code under the new' law were sworn to by the husband this morning.In the affidavit attached to the warrant. Smith states that he went to the Pike block early last evening' with two other men, Winfred Case anl • William Wright, One of the men concealed himself in a vacant room'between the room of-Mrs. Smith and that of Bronner.
