Riley, president of the Womans’ Friendly Institute, t o put in operation a proposed Hall Memorial Domestic Science Training School, for colored girls, in the city of Massillon, operated by a board of directors from Stark county, appropriations made through you for equipment for operating and all other financial disbursements occasioned by same.
