Mrs. Caughey is the daughter of A. Beale, San Diego financier. Her former husband,L G. Staley, Denver banker, died in 1914.Judge J. S. Koford yesterday granted Mrs. Caughey's petition for a restraining order to prevent Caughey from entering the family residence at 1401 Fernside boulevard, Alameda. Mrs. Caughey charged in her complaint that her husband had ordered her from the house, but that the place was community property and that she-would have no place to go if she vs ere compelled to leave, -onvshand/Jba
