CIRCUIT COURTHazel Flanagan, of Centralia, has started divorce proceedings againsther husband, Homer Flanagan. Inthe declaration filed in the office of Circuit Clerk Edward Venhaus the plaintiff states that her maiden named was Hazel Vicla Foutch,they were united in marriage July 16, 1920, and lived together until March 4, 1946 They have three children, Raymond Earl, 25; Hum er, Jr., 22 and Mary Caroline Flanagan, 10 years of age.The wife charges extreme and repeated cruelty, and citee two occasions in 194a wnen her husband stiuck her. She also aleges he kepi company with other women.The plaintiff asks the court to order the defendant to deed to her but 8, block 16, Ritterskamp Heights, Centralia, ‘on which there is a house, also for the custody of the daughter, Mary Carolie, ant a reasonable allowance to be paid by the defendant for their support, and money to pay her attorney.
