VIRGINIA:—In the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Accomack, on the 18th day of July, 1911.The object of this suit is to obtain for the plaintiff a divorce a mensa et thoro from the defendant. And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendant Ella Daisey is not a resident of the State of Virginia, it is ordered that she do appear here within fifteen days after due publication hereof, and do what is necessary to protect her interests in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Peninsula Enterprise, a newspaper published in the Couuty of Accomack, and that a copy be posted at the ffont door of the Court-house of this county on or before the next succeeding Rule day from the date hereof.John D.
