D. 1847, tiis wife Phebe Hanes filed in the office of the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Hocking county Ohio, her petition against him, charging him with gross neglect ol duty and with having fraudulently contracted the marriage with her, and for these causes praying a divorce, and a reasonable allowance as her allirnony out ofhis estate.
