'NUFF 'S' NUFF SAYS MRS. CULP SUING HUBBY FOR DIVORCEEnough is enough.So thinks Mrs. Wilson W. Culp, wife of the ex-Spring Valley minister, and tired of the seem-r ingly incurable eloping tendencies of her pulpitless husband, who is blieved to'be on his thirdexcursion with his sister-in-law,is having papers prepared for a 1divorce decree through Prosecuting Attorney Harry Taylor, according to advices from South Rend, Ind.Mrs. Culp requests an absolute divorce and proper relief for the support of her ten children, six of whom are at home.Penniless, Mrs. Culp has sought aid of Prosecutor Taylorin preparing the papers and hedrew them Monday, voiunteer-, ing the co-operation and services of his office in obtaining the separation decree.Mrs. Culp is practically without. funds, the small amount of change left by her erring husband when he eloped for the third time July 8 with his sister-in-law. Mrs. Dorothy Culp, having been spent for the bare necessities of life.When he deserted his family for the fourth time, the former minister is believed to have turned his errant footsteps toward Mexico, taking $9lt; along Culp’s first divergence from thepath of marital fidelity occurred in June, 1922 while he vas pastor of a Spring Valley Church, when he eloped with a choirsinger, Esther Hughes, of Greenville.Culp was capturcu a month later at Benton Harbor, Mich., and was returned to Greene County where charges were preferred against him before Probate Judge J. Carl Marshall. He was sentenced to the Dayton Workhouse for one year but released on technicality.The Culps then went to Nap * panee, Ind., to live. A few mouthsago the “promising preacher’' again broke his avowed intention to “go straight and eloped withhis sister-in-law. They returned to Chicago, and both were forgiven. A short time later the episode was repeated, hut the pair returned in a week and were again accepted in their homes.All went well uutil their disappearance July 8.
