le- collected lunnsTWO DIVORCE CASES FILED IN PAST WEEKDuring the past week two new divorce cases were tiled in common pleas court while three cases were granted.Gladys M. Norris, 18, through her father, Clyde Norris, is suing Roy Norris of Erhart on charges of gross neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. They were married Aug. 5, 1937, and have two children.Forrest Hemming of Creston entered suit against Lucille Hemming of Wadsworth, Rt. 2, charging gross neglect. They were married in Huntington, W. Va., July 5, 1935, and have no children.Floyd Kirk was given a divorce from Agnes Kirk and Mrs. Kirk was given custody of their minor child. Park Halsey was divorced from Gladys A. Halsey on charges of wilful absence for three years. Sarah B. Fleming of Chippewa Lake was granted a divorce from Fred Fleming and given restoration of her maiden name, Sarah B. Mark. Grounds for divorce were three years habitual intoxication.
