St-\te of Indiana, Floyd Comity,In Floyd Circuit Court, October term, 1851. Sarab Kilter man, )VS. Liukl for Divorce.Henry Killerman. ON this 16th day of July, 1851, the said Sarah Kit-terman, by Willard «St McDonald, her aoltci-tors, filed in the Floyd Circuit Court her bill of com plaint against said Henry Kitterman, and also, the affidavit of a competent and disinterested witness, by which it appears that said Henry Kitterman is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Therefore, the said Henry Kittennan is hereby notified of the pen-denoy of this suit, and that unless he pleads to or answers the same before tho calling of this cause at the next term of said Court, to be hoiden at the Courthouse in the city of New Albany, on the first Monday of Octo'rer next, this suit will be heard and determined in his absence, and decree rendered accordingly. jySJ I.
