rrTWO HUSBANDS FILE SUITS FOR DIVORCETwo divorce cases were filed in circuit court today and they were unusual because they were filed by the husbands. In the case of Joseph vs.Sarah Michnewitsch, the husband names one William Shulties, whom~he claims he found in his home in a compromising position. According to the complaint filed by Attorney Othello Smith, the couple married March 26 1881, and separated September 1. 1916. He cbarges cruel and inhuman treat~ ment and avers his wife frequently cursed him in the presence of others.In the divorce complaint filed by Attorney J. A. West, Ralph J. Hatfield cbarges that his wife, Helen I*., deserted him at least four times during their married life, from April 16, 1916, until July 11, 1919. He claims his wife refused to cook Us meals or keepthe house clean and frequently cursed him. He asks the custody of their two and one-half year old son, War*ren.
