—Victoria Bluth has applied for a bill for divorce from her husband, Martin, whom she married September 28, 1897. Her charges are cruelty. Mrs. Bluth says her husband has ‘‘beaten struck, kicked and choked” her, and even threatened to kill her. She gives dates and places when Bluth practiced his cruelty on her.
