State of Indiana, Floyd County, ss.In Floyd Circuit Court, October term, 1851. Sarah Kitterman,Henry Kitterman.ON this ICth day of July, 1851, the said Sarah Kitterman, by Willard McDonuid, her solicitors, filed in the Floyd Circuit Court her bill of com plaint against said Henry Kittenuan, and also, theaffidavit ofja competent and disinterested witness, by which it appears that said Henry Kitterman is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Therefore, the said Henry Kitterman is hereby notified of the pen dcncy ol' this suit, and that unless he pleads to or an svvers the same before the calling of this cause at the next term of said Court, to be holden at the Courthouse in the city of New Albany, on the first Monday of Octorcr next, lhis suit will be heard and determined in his absence, and decree rendered according-VSIv.I. N. AKIN. Clerk.
