ON this 10th day of July, 1851, the said Sarah Kitterman, by Willard McDonald, her solicitors, filed in the Floyd Circuit Court her bill of com plaint against said Henry Kittenuan, and also, the affidavit ofja competent and disinterested witness, by which it appears that said Henry Kitterman is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Therefore, the said Henry Kitterman is hereby notified of the pen dcncy of this suit, and that unless he pleads to or an svvers the same before the calling of this cause at the next term of said Court, to be holden at the Court-
