State of Indinna, Floyd County, ss«fn Floyd Circuit Court, October term, 1851. Sarah Kitterman,Henry Kitterman.ON this Jtith day of July, 1851, the said Sarah Kitterman, by Willard McDonuid, her solicitors, filed in the Fioyd Circuit Court her bill of com plaint against said Henry Kittenuan, and also, theaffidavit olja competent and disinterested witness, by which it appears that said Henry Kitterman is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Therefore, the said Henry Kitterman is hereby notified of the pen dcncy of this suit, and that unless he pleads to or an swers the same before the calling of this cause at thenext term of said Court, to be holden at the Courthouse in the city of New Albany, on the first Monday of Octorer next, lhis suit will be heard and determined in his absence, and decree rendered according-VS.iy.I, N. AKIN, Clerk.
