Faye Denny Eis, of Walton, has filed suit for divorce against Walter Eis ofDelphi, charging cruel and inhuman treatment. She asks for the restoration of her maiden name Faye Denny. The Plaintiff is but 17 years of age. The couple were married in September of 1938 and separated in December ofthe same year.
