BASE'S DISTURB• 1.HXVitArgue (Wer Pending Df« .vorce Suit^ Joseph J\ .Brown, 415 Canal street/' signed Warrants against Arthur Bar# and Mary Bare, 417 Canal street*, charging, that tjiey Make loud and unnecessary noises .all night and disturb him and his sick baby..They were arraigned in municipal' court this morning and both pleaded', not guilty to the charge of- disorderly conduct. The couple have a divorce' suit pending and they spend most of?; the night quarreling. Brown alleged/ -He also stated‘that Mary Bare comes-home lata every night in a taxi and raises the entireneighb orhood with her shouts.Mary Bare stated- that she works in . a restaurant until midnight ‘‘and later. She stated^ that she works from ten to twelve hours every night in the. Bast Hamilton restaurant.# The police will make investigations into the matter and if her allegations are true, the proprietors -will be prosecuted.Judge Kautr dismissed .Mary Bare1and gave Arthur Bare a fine of $25 and costs which he suspended upon Bare’s promise to behave in the future.
