The couple have a divorce' suit pending and they spend most of?; the night quarreling. Brown alleged/ -He also stated‘that Mary Bare comes-home lata every night in a taxi and raises the entireneighb orhood with her shouts.Mary Bare stated- that she works in . a restaurant until midnight ‘‘and later. She stated^ that she works from ten to twelve hours every night in the. Bast Hamilton restaurant.# The police will make investigations into the matter and if her allegations are true, the proprietors -will be prosecuted.Judge Kautr dismissed .Mary Bare1and gave Arthur Bare a fine of $25 and costs which he suspended upon Bare’s promise to behave in the future.
