Mrs. Agufita Fluhrer, wife of John I\ Fluhrer, was arrested yesterday by marshal Sparks, on a peace warrant swern out by her husband. The case was tried before ’Squire Youngblood, who placed the woman under a $200 bond, to appear for trial at the next term of court. The husband charged that his wife threatened to •“cut him to pieces and render him into lard.” The couple live on a farm several miles east of town, and irequently have sensational troubles The vcmau declares that she will «wallow poison.
