Mrs. Agufita Fluhrer, wife of John I\ Fluhrer, was arrested yesterday by marshal Sparks, on a peace warrant swern out by her husband. The case was tried before ’Squire Youngblood, who placed the woman under a $200 bond, to appear for trial at the next term of court.
