Sally R. Jensen*Sally Reid Jensen, 78j of Grottoes, died Tuesday, July 16* 2006, at her home.Mrs. Jensen was born in Rockingham County, Va. on June 28, 1928, and was a daughter of the late Lester, and Eva Mowbray Raynes.She was a graduate bf the Port Republic High School, Class of 1945, and a member of Grace Memorial Episcopal Church, Lynnwood, Where she served as Treasurer for many years.She worked at Long OilCompany in Harrisonburg, and was an office manager for Peacock Buick in northern Virginia until her retirement in 1990.Mrs. Jensen is survived by two sons, Eddie Reid andhis wife, Sandra, and Tom Reid and his wife, June, both of Port Republic; a sister,1 Laura Mathias of New Market; two brothers, Pat Raynes and his wife, Doris, of Harrisonburg, and Danny Raynes of Waynesboro; a sister-in-law, Janet Raynes of Maryland. Pour grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren also survive.She is preceded in death by a brother, Calvin Raynes.Burial will take place 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 20, 2006, at the Mount Olive Cemetery in McGa-heysville. A memorial service will follow at the Grace Memorial EpiscopalChurch at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Stuart Wood officiating.The family will receive friends at the home of her* 4son, Tom Reid, in Port Republic.Memorial contributions may be given to Grace Memorial Episcopal Church, 7120 Ore Bank Road, Port Republic, VA 24471.Johnson Funeral.
