FlaniganThe BUI state* 1hat the Plaintiff married the defendant on the 4th day of June, 1032, at Greenup, Kentucky, the marriage ceremony having been performed by Rev. Sidle, an Ordained Minialer of the Gospel, The BiU further itates that the Plaintiff Is n resident of Frederick County, Stale of Maryland, where he hns resided for more than one year last pant, but the Defendant ij a non-resident of the State of Maryland and resides in Washington, D. C. The Biil further alleges that your Complainant's conduct was alway* kind, affectionate and above reproach, but that tlic Defendant deserted and abandoned him. declaring her intention* to live with him no longer. That the said desertion ban continued uninterruptedly for more than eighteen months, is de* liberate and flnal and the separation of the parties is beyond any reasonable expectation of reconciliation. The Bill further alleges that as a result rf ihe snid marriage, two children were born.The Bill prays that the Plaintiff be divorced A VINCULO MATRIMONII from the Defendant, that the Courl determine the care and custody of th# infant children and that he be granted such other and further relief a* the nature of his case may rerjiiirc.It Jj therefore this 18th day of Julv, 1940, by the Clrrult Court for Frederick County, sitting aa a Court of Equity,, Ordered that the Plaintiff give notice to the said non-resident defendant, of the object and substance of this Bill by causing a copy of the seme to be published irt some newspaper published in Frederick County once * week for four successive weeks prior to the 17th day of August.
