V. Jackson.She preferred another to him. Frankenberry told the court. His wife is now residing in New Boston, he said, where the other also makes his home. As a result of her alleged cruelties, he told the court while on the witness stand, he was compelled j to take a three weeks’ treatment in i a local hospital following a nervous breakdown.James Shoemaker, 310 East Second street, corroborated many of the allegations made by Frankenberry, who was speedily given a divorce.
