\Preferred Another to Him, Plaint of/Husband in CourtThe age-old triangle had another inning in the district court Tuesday afternoon when Glen Frankenberry.dredge boat operator, was granted a decree of divorce from Mrs. Nellie Frankenberry by Judge D. V. Jackson.She preferred another to him. Frankenberry told the court. His wife is now residing in New Boston, he said, where the other also makes his home. As a result of her alleged cruelties, he told the court while on the witness stand, he was compelled j to take a three weeks’ treatment in i a local hospital following a nervous breakdown.James Shoemaker, 310 East Second street, corroborated many of the allegations made by Frankenberry, who was speedily given a divorce.
