Ollom filed with the district court an answer to the petition of his wife, ArvlUa Ollom, who has prayed for a divorce on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. She valued his property at $1,000 and asked for a temporary alimony .of $100 and a permanent all-;dy of their four children. She accuses her husband, of having slapped and ktcjted her and given her reason to believe that her life was in danger. Mr. Qilom in his answer describes his wife as a dirty and lazy ‘woman unfit tp be given' the. custody of the four children and prays that if the divorce be granted that he be allowed the custody., of the children and judgment for coats.
