Lewis R Binkley. 4 South Sr venth, filed for a divorce yesterday in district court against his wife, Elizabeth Melda Binkley, on grounds of gros neglect of duty and extreme cruelty He asked that he he awarded the real estate andpersonal property, and that hr be granted the care, custody, and control of two minor children, George Richard Binkley, 12, and Marlyn Gay Binkley, 16.
