What's more, she stated, he has refused to pay her alimony and she has been forced to pay the expenses of the house from her earnings in an industrial plant.An order signed by Justice Sea id directs Kosinski to show cause Monday why he should not bo adjudged in contempt of court /for failure to pay alimony. OlTlcial Referee Frank J. Cregg granted Mrs. Kosinski .the decree in May, directing Kosinski to move from the family home and to pay $10 a week for support of his wife.
