WANTS DIVORCE' AND HER SONVINCENNES, July 16.—-Mrs. Lillian Amy filed a suit with the clerk of the Knox Circuit court Saturday against her husbatid, Charles Amy, in which she asks for a divroce, for the custody of their one child, Charles J. Amy, aged 12 years, and for an allowance for. the support of the child. They were united in marriage July 10, 1901, and lived together until July 12, 1923. Plaintiff alleges the defendant was cruel and inhuman to her; that he cursed her and called her vile and improper names.
