BYS.S.KRESGEMillionaire Files Suit In Circuit Court At DetroitDETROIT. Mich.. July 15.—(Bythe Associated Press.)—Sebastian S. Kresge, millionaire operator of a chain of five and ten cent stores has filed suit in Circuit court here to divorce his second wife, Doris Mercer Kresgc of New York City The bill of complatnt has been locked In the court vaults and the charges have not been made public The suit was revealed todav with the filing of an affidavit of nonresidence and the issuance by Judge Harry J Dingman of the Circuit court, of an order for service by publication on Mrs. KresgeMrs Kresgc. whose address is given as 3T5 Parke avenue.
