This is the second action of the k nd filed by the plaintiff who on the first occasion •remarried she alleges aftor promises of kind treatment and support.The couple were married Septem-%ber 25. 3913, and separated March 21. 1914. In the complaint it is re-cited that the plaintiff and defendant were married once before ann | divorced in 1907, but later the defendant, by promises of kind treatment and support, persuaded the plaintiff to again become his wife, and after living apart six years again married.. The plaintiff charges that on account of cruel treatment and failure of the defendant to prov do fcr her she again was compelled to leave him. In addition to a divorce Mis. Craig seeks judgment for alimony in the sum of $roo, custody ol a daughter, Eva Tarhell Craig, and ami allowance for her support. It is alleged the defendant eirns from $50 to $75 a month.
