This is the second action of the knd filed by the plaintiff who on the first occasion remarried she alleges after promises f kind treatment and support.The couple were married Septem-♦ter 25, 3913, and separated March 21. 1914. In the complaint it is re-cited that the plaintiff and defendant were married once before ane [livorcedi in 1907, but later the defendant, by promises of kind treatment and support, persuaded the plaintiff to again become his wife, and after living apart six years again married.. The plaintiff charges that [n account of cruel treatment and failure of the defendant to provdo fcr her she again was compelled to leave him. In -addition to a divorce Mis.
