Two File Suits For Divorce HereTwo suits for divorce have been filed in circuit court here.Hazel Fatheree, in her divorce; action against Forrest Dale Fatheree, charges adultery. She seeks custody of three minor children and alimony for their support.The couple married March 30, 1942 and remained together until September 15, 1949, according tothe complaint.Attorney Neil H. Thompson represents the plaintiff.
