CUSTODY OF CHILDMrs. Iris Evelyn Walton, has filed suit for divorce from Seigel A. Walton and asks custody on infant daughter, Tony Lyn, 13months old.In her petition, Mrs. Walton states that they were married in October, 1946. and lists as community property, house, lot and furniture located at 208 East Lea, 1948 Buick, and one half interest in the J. W. Walton Truck and Pipe Line Co. The petition states that the property was acquiredbefore the marriage, but that it has increased in valuation sincethat time, and asks the court tomake settlement.
