She says in her petition that thpy were married in 1938 and. have no child. Attorney Willis Horn prepared her petition which, charges grdss neglect and duty and asks alimony.Paul Bresson of Wooster has filed suit for divorce frapp Cora Bresson. In his petition he states that he and Mrs. Bresson were married in 1904I* 4and have four children and that he and his wife have* Entered into a contract of separation and now live apart. He is rep resettled by Attorney Robert Brenner. ,.Anna Mae Smedley asks a divorce from Wilson Smedley. Her petition says they were married in 1934 and have one child whose custody she seeks. .She is represented by Attorneys Starn and Etling.Judge Walter Mougey has granted a divorce to Hazel Kauffman Jones and given Mrs. Jones custody of a minor child for whose support Mr. Jones was ordered to pay $4 a week. Attorney Ray Morgan represented Mrs. Jones.
