TWO SUITS, ONE FOB , DIVORCE. OTHER DAMAGESTwo important, suits were filed in the circuit court Thursday, the first that have been filed for several weeks. Belle Grismore vs. Frank Grismore, divorce, and Martin Towey vs. The Hincher Manufacturing Company, damages, were the titlesof the suits.Belle Grismore in her complaint alleges that the defendant married her in 1906 and that at the time of the marriage she had a daughter and the defendant had four children. She further alleges that during their married life the defendant had been guilty of cruel treatment towards her and her daughter.She further alleges that he is the owner of property in Martin county near Loogotoee and she asks that the court instruct the defendant to pay her $50, and $15 per month until the suit is tried. She asks for divorce and for $1,000 alimony. Hiram McCormick is her attorney.Cnif ah T\atmnrrnc
