This morning he was brought before Mayor Jenkins and fined one dollar and costs anlt;l sentenced to the penal farm for thirty days. The costs will be stayed which will make the sentence 41 days.According to Shaffer’s story he had ben in the service and since the war he has never had a steady job. Hehas ben arrested several times for fighting and various other charges. He wil be taken to the farm at once-
