A divorce was granted. The attorney for theplaintiff stated to a Gazette reporter thatit was tbe result of a compromise theplaintiff pajiDg the d'rVrdart the sum of $120.The testimony show- d that Isabella was not the first wife of Eaoch Taylor, that she would not give the children by his first wife a sufficient amount of food to sustain life (?) That many times while working ten or eleven hours per day the plaintiff had to get his own meals and the meals fo r his children.
