JURIST WILL GRANT MRS, STREETT DECREELocal Woman's Charges Have Been Admitted By Slate, Judge Sloan Rules%An opinion was handed down by Chief Judge D. Lindley Sloan, in Circuit Court, stating that a divorce decree will be granted Mrs. Mayme B. Strcett in her suit against John J. Streett, this city. The Court held that the wife is entitled to relief sought in her bill of complaint. -Mrs. Streett, the second wife of the defendant, charged that she was forced to support him and' accused him of.cruelty and drunkenness. Judge Sloan ''■ held .. that Streett had admitted «H of' the charges, except that of cruelty. The defendant's first wife obtained, a divorce several years ago, on similar charges.
