A short time before hi# arrest on this charge Colt’s first wifes Mrs. Dorothy Walk jr Cole of InpUn, sued his uncle, F Colo f ISt.ftt for alleged alienation of her husband's affections The bigamy charge grew out of Cole’s marriage to Mans Jones of 8t Clsir.
