Probate NeivsDivorceFollowing a contested hearing this morning Ir. Probate* Court, Judge F. Anthony Hanlon granted a divorce to Loretta K. ltash or this oily from George H. Rash, also o£ Pittsfield, on the grounds of cruel nnd abusive treat men t and confirmed habits of intoxication. They were married iri Chatham, N. Y., March 6, 192G. She was given cuslcxly of two minor children ar.d he was ordered to pay $5 a week toward the support of one of I he children. He was given the right to visit the children at all reasonable times and places. Mrs. Rash was represented by .Atty. Potoc J. Genovese and Mr. Rnsh by Ally. Harold R. Goevvoy.
