IISAN FRANCISCO. •!«» 31.- Contending thut his wife, Henrietta Rowell. lias been nagging him for twenty years. Col. Melvin W. Rowell, formerly in charge of the, reserve officers' training ramus here, instituted a putt for divorce through his attorney here today. ^Colonel Howell is now the eonimauder of the Fifth cavalry at Nogales,Arlt. Col. and Mrs. Rowell have three grown children. In the complaint Mrs Rowell is alleged to have lost her temper and to have spoken slighting** of him to brother officers at various times.
