1 Tbo Divorce Ca»c.The divorce case of Elizibeth Leaven, worth against Ira II. Leavenworth, for a divorce on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment, reached a conclusion on Saturday evening, the judge refusing to grant the decree. This has been one of the most hotly contested divorce cases ever tr ed in this county, and lias created more interest, consumed more time in its trial,brought on longer and abler arguments than any other suits of its character ever known in the circuit. His Honor Judge Conger, decided that there was not sufficient cause for granting the decree, and accordingly refused to grant it, much to the disappointment of the plaintiff and her friends. The parties are from La Prairie,and are well-to-do people.
