A. S. Bradley, an employe of the San Antonio and Aransas Pass roundhouse, charges his wife, Ellen, with being an habitual drunkard, and wants a divorce from her. He says they were married last October 4, by Justice Jones and had known her but a short while, and that she had always conducted herself in a lady like manner. He claims however that he has been greatly deceived and that shortly after tie marriage defendant began using intoxicating liquors to such an extent that she has become an habitual drunkard and is unlit to perform her household duties. He further alleges that last January 5 she became beastly intoxicated at Frank Maibaum’s saloon and had to be ejected from the place, and that such is of almost daily occurrence. He also claims that strange men come to the house while he is absent and drink withher.
